Thank you to everyone who attended the Community Farm Fair on Thursday, April 30th at WMHS! Community members enjoyed hot dogs, agricultural booths, kids' activities and the FFA Plant Sale. There were also presentations about the AWSD proposed bond.
The district's Community Farm Fair and Bond Presentation is Thursday, April 30th. The event is from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Weston-McEwen High School and includes livestock, booths highlighting agriculture-related businesses, community colleges and FFA and 4-H projects, activities for kids and the FFA Plant Sale.
There will also be a presentation about the district's proposed general obligation bond during the event.

Voters did not pass the Athena-Weston School District general obligation bond on the November ballot. The vote was 463 YES (43.7%) votes and 597 (56.3%) NO votes.
